Refund policy

Returns

Every piece is made to order for you. If it is not right, you can return it within 7 days of the day it was delivered. You must email us within those 7 days; requests made later cannot be accepted.

A returned piece must be in pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, free of any marks, scents or damage, and with its tags and original packaging. We inspect every return. Pieces that are not in pristine condition are not refunded and can be sent back to you at your cost.

To start a return, email support@childrenofarabia.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked service, because we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it.

The original delivery charge is not refunded, unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email support@childrenofarabia.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give a full refund, including delivery, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To change a size or item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

Because each piece is made to order, production starts soon after you pay. We can cancel an order only if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

Your legal rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the law where you live.
