Terms of service

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms apply when you use childrenofarabia.com or buy from Children Of Arabia ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming we have received it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

Products

Every piece is made to order. We try to show colours and details accurately, but they can look slightly different on different screens, and garment-dyed or washed pieces vary naturally from one to the next. Measurements are given in our size charts and can vary slightly.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and can change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken when you order. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included.

Offers and discounts

Offers such as bundle discounts and free delivery apply automatically at checkout when their conditions are met. Unless we say otherwise, offers cannot be combined and we may change or end them at any time.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping policy for details.

Returns and refunds

See our Refund policy.

Our designs

All designs, images, text and logos on this site belong to Children Of Arabia or are used with permission. You may not copy or use them without our written consent.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or use it for anything unlawful.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it, or affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
