Shipping policy

Made to order

Every piece is made to order once you place it. This keeps waste low and means your piece is produced for you.

Delivery time

Orders arrive within 14 days of purchase. This includes the time to make your piece and the time in transit. Most orders arrive sooner.

During busy periods, or where customs checks apply, delivery can take a little longer. If your order has not arrived after 14 days, email support@childrenofarabia.com and we will look into it.

Delivery cost

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Delivery is free on orders of 500 SAR or more, after any discounts.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Where we deliver

We deliver worldwide. A small number of countries cannot be served; if your country does not appear at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.

Customs and import charges

Orders sent outside the country they are made in may be charged import duties or taxes by your local customs office. These charges are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address

Please check your address before you pay. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge delivery again to resend it.
